1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an Winbox account, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not register or use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be 21 years or older and a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling through offshore platforms is permitted. Winbox is not available to residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal.
3. One Account Per Person
Only one account per individual, household, IP address, or device is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.
4. Bonus Terms
All bonuses carry wagering requirements as stated on the promotion page. Bonuses are forfeit if a withdrawal is requested before requirements are met. We reserve the right to remove bonuses for clear bonus abuse.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawal must be in multiples of RM100. First-time withdrawals require identity verification. Funds are sent only to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in the player's name.
6. Fair Play
All games run on certified random number generators. Use of automated bots, collusion, or exploitation of software bugs is grounds for permanent account closure and balance forfeiture.
7. Disputes
Any dispute should first be raised with our support team. Unresolved disputes may be referred to our independent gaming arbitrator within 60 days of the disputed transaction.
8. Modification
We may amend these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email and on-site banner at least 14 days before they take effect.
